2023 WEDDING BANGERS

Considering I have zero musical talent, it actually shocks me at how much i’m drawn to music.
Maybe in a past life I was a famous singer or harmonica-player. I do actually have a harmonica and one time I learned to play a snippet of ‘Piano Man’, which is my moms fave song. Isn’t that nice aw.

I remember her singing this song at her 40th, leaning on some piano (maybe it was a bar), red wine in hand, absolutely loving life and the happiest she ever shined, around the people she loved.

As a kid, she would sing us to sleep with a lullaby and I used to tell her to apply to Australian Idol. In hindsight, she’s not like, a bad singer.. but probably not Idol quality.
As kids we just really see the best in our parents, hey hahahah

Music is one of the most important things, in my opinion, for your wedding day. I’ve created a few playlists for my wedding homies because let’s be real, if its not Ed Sheeran, it’s probably John Legend.
Which is fine, but let’s switch it up a bit for the photographers who attend weddings erry week ya know.

I like this song because it’s slow and it doesn’t require much in the department of background instrumental. It’s just his voice and it’s raw, beautiful, and genuine.
What have I done – Dermot Kennedy
Ahhhhh!! The unpredictable love story that no one saw coming, not even Dermot. I imagine all the twirls and air-lifts to this song. Cute af. Just like our boy Mr Kennedy, is he from South Australia? Probably not
I got you, Honey – Ocie Elliott
A short, sweet, little number. Boy and Girl parts to make it a bit special. A simple love, a simple song. This song would look like the seasons changing and having your bestie with you every step along the way.

This song nails the feeling you have when you’re with your partner.
